To help you get started, we’ve pulled together some important information to answer questions you might have, share important and useful documents, and help you get in touch with us if you need to.

As part of the onboarding process and to ensure that Aberdeen comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, we have emailed you to request further information. The form to complete and return was included in your email but can also be accessed here.

Login or register for your online account

As part of the transfer process from Vitality we will automatically be setting you up with access to view our products through our client portal. You will receive an email inviting you to register for this service. Please follow the steps detailed in the email or see our client portal guide for further information.

Your investment options

There are more than 3,000 mutual funds on our platform, and we regularly update our fund availability.

Transfer proceeds will initially be invested according to the investment mapping rules set out by Vitality. You can switch to another fund at any time in accordance with our Wrap terms and conditions.

All customers

The documents below include important information about our platform and products. We recommend that you read them carefully. The terms and conditions describe our relationship with you and became legally binding on you and us when we activated your Wrap account.

You may see references to financial advisers in the documents below and our correspondence with you. This is because investors who use our platform normally need to have a financial adviser. For customers who are transferring from Vitality, we have agreed to waive this requirement. Certain restrictions apply to customers who do not have a financial adviser. Please contact us for more information.

What to do if you need advice

If you need financial advice and you don’t already have an adviser, you can visit Unbiased to find an adviser in your areaThe adviser will need to have access to the Aberdeen Wrap platform.

We also offer financial planning and advice at Aberdeen. Take a look at our advice services or call us on 0131 608 0248 to find out how we might be able to help you. There may be a cost attached to this service.
