The required threshold of 75% of votes in favour of Takeover Proposal was reached, and the condition of the investors in the abrdn Real Estate Feeder Fund accepting a merger with the abrdn Global Real Estate Fund was achieved at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 23 October 2026. The takeover proposal will be effective as of 12:01am on Friday 13 November 2026.
