How do I register for online access to my account?

You can now register for online access through our provider, Okta. If you have not previously been set up with online access, please call the Client Engagement Hub on 0345 279 1001 and we will be happy to activate your account profile. You will then be able to register your email address and log in.

How do I set up Multi-Factor Authentication?

We are in the process of rolling out MFA on the client portal and we’ll contact you to let you know when this happens.

This enhanced security feature helps protect your sensitive financial information by adding an additional layer of protection when you log in. This enhancement is designed to further strengthen the security of your data and ensure continued peace of mind.

Q: What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)? 

A: MFA is a security mechanism that requires two or more authenticators to verify identity when logging into an account. This adds an extra layer of security beyond just a username and password.

Q: Why is MFA important? 

A: MFA significantly enhances account security by making it much harder for unauthorised users to gain access, even if they have the password.

Q: What types of MFA will be used? 

A: For the client portal, you can choose from three options including email authentication, Okta Verify, or Google/Microsoft Authenticator (you can download these apps for free from your phone’s app store).

Q: How do I set up MFA?

A: When you next log into the Wrap client portal, you'll be prompted to set up MFA. You'll have the option to choose one of three options - email authentication, Okta Verify, or Google/Microsoft Authenticator. More than one can be chosen following initial set up by logging into the client portal and selecting ‘Change password’ from the ‘Security Details’ tab under ‘Your Profile’.

Q: Will MFA be required every time I log in? 

A: Yes, MFA is required each time you log in. It helps ensure that your account remains secure without being inconvenient.

Q: Is there a 'remember me' capability so I don’t need to keep using MFA? 

A: No - it is more secure to use MFA each time you log in. You can, however, choose to trust a device for 30 minutes if you wish.

Q: Why can't I use a mobile SMS to authenticate? 

A: We believe the three MFA options are safer than SMS, which can be more easily compromised.

Q: What is my username?

A: The username is your email address that you normally use to log in to client portal.

How do I log in?

Visit the login page, select ‘Client Login’ and follow the instructions. If you have never been set up with an online login account before, please call the Client Engagement Hub on 0345 279 1001 to be signed up with access.

Account suspended, or forgot username, password or both?

If you’ve forgotten your password, go to your login page and select the ‘Forgot password’ link. If you’ve forgotten your username, please call the Client Engagement Hub on 0345 279 1001.

Who are Okta?

Okta is our online access provider. The Okta sign-in system provides secure connection between you and your Wrap account information. Okta protects your information with extensive security measures and controls that are audited by third parties. You can have confidence that your details are safe and secure.
